Khans of Tarkir was released on September 26, 2014, and contained 249 cards. It started the last block consisting of three sets.  In Fate Reforged, the second set of Khans of Tarkir block, Clash Packs exist in English, French, German, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Clash Pack versions have a bluish hue and were printed with another printer (also used for Commander, Masters sets and other special products since 2014).

Since Khans of Tarkir, made in Belgium foil cards have been printed with an outline around the bottom text that lets the foil background shine through (see here).
